Enhance your yoga practice

Looking for some one-on-one attention to develop your practice? Take private yoga sessions with Jeanne to help you get started as a beginner, work on specific poses or techniques, and bring your yoga practice to new levels. Jeanne’s private yoga sessions will allow you individual time to learn to utilize props, receive individualized adjustments, try Thai yoga massage therapy within the yoga practice, and explore partner-assisted poses. Your goals, your practice…just ask Jeanne and she will show you a few tricks or two.

Semi-private yoga lessons and private group sessions are also available.

To book private sessions or for more information, contact: Private and semi-private yoga sessions with Jeanne may be arranged at Complete Body at 10 Hanover Square in the Financial District and/or at Complete Body’s residential locations.

For your convenience, Jeanne may also be available to travel to your location (home, office, studio, or gym) upon request.
